| Eligibility: |
Applicants must sign contract acknowledging that they have read and will comply
with rules and regulations for Quagmire.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application, or
have parental permission if the applicant is underage.
All applicants must be in good health, both mentally and physically, and must
have signed releases indicating the applicant understands the maze may
involve risks and hazards and that the applicant accepts the risks of injury,
illness, damage to themselves or their property, and/or death.
Any applicant who has appeared on any television reality/game show within two years
prior to application deadline is not eligible.
Semi-finalists must undergo physical examinations and meet requirements.
Selected contestants must be available to travel and participate in Quagmire
through the listed application dates.
Selected contestants must live, work, and cooperate with rules and producers.
Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements to be able to participate.

Quagmire accepts one application per person.
Applications must be mailed in, completed, and sent by application deadline.

Application requires a two to four minute video explaining why you would make a
good contestant and what your motivations are.
Semi-Finialists will need to attend an interview. All semi-finalists will be
flown into Boston, all expenses paid. Quagmire will provide all accommodations.
Quagmire is not responsible for lost, damaged, or incomplete applications.
Applications become property of Quagmire.
Selection will be based on mailed applications and videos. Quagmire does not
discriminate against any gender, religion, or ethnicity.
