| Life After MITE2S | I enjoyed 4 VERY full years at MIT where I obtained my SB in Civil Engineering with minors in Architecture and Mechanical Engineering. However, with all of the studying, MIT didn't give me much free time, so I headed to The University of Texas for my Masters Degree in Civil Engineering focusing in Construction Management. I got a great degree from a great university and had all the fun I needed to! Since my Masters graduation I have worked for Turner Construction Company in Houston, TX (I interned for them in Boston one summer, which led to my permanent position). I have held several positions at Turner including Assistant Superintendent, Cost Engineer, and soon Engineer. I have been involved in building 2 multi-story hotels, a mid-rise condo, and as of mid-May 2004, I will be moving to Dallas to build the new Dallas ISD Athletic Complex. |

| Life After MITE2S | Since MITES I have graduated from MIT and from UTD and have been working as a teacher in Dallas Texas. This past year, I was given a new job in which I research curriculum in Math, Science and Computer Science and look at bringing it into the high school level. Since I teach at a laptop school, I also make sure that we are using technology appropriately within these disciplines. I still teach geometry and chemistry. In my free time I play soccer, sing opera, run, go out with friends, etc... I'm enjoying life! |

| Life After MITE2S | My role is to educate faculty and undergraduate students at a number of universities in the state of Oklahoma in bioinformatics. The goal is to get faculty and students actively involved in bioinformatics research on their own campuses. This position tries to figure out how to accompish the goals that each campus has for itself. Hopefully this will create a pipeline of undergraduates getting into bioinformatics graduate programs. |

I finished 5 years at SBC/AT&T in 2005, and moved on to growing my construction material and furniture importing business. Spending time in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Connecticut with the wife and our two kids. |

I'm currently on a book tour in Mexico and I will be staying in the country indefinitely. |
