Life After MITE²S	After graduating from Stanford, I work at several start-ups in Silicon Valley for approx. 8 months before returning to Charlotte to working as an investment banker to middle-market companies. After business school, I worked for the investment bank DLJ in New York for 1 1/2 years, before quitting in Feb, 1999 to spend full-time looking for a business to start. My passions are aviation (I got my pilot's license in Spring, 1996), travel (have traveled to over 20 countries) and tutoring/education. I picked up playing rugby while at Harvard and am now into mountain biking as well. I am also engaged to be married as of Christmas Day, 1999.

Life After MITE²S	Since I finished MITES and graduated from college, I went into the field of general surgery. I moved to Richmond, VA, and found Mid- Atlantic Surgical Associates, P.L.L.C., which offers general, laparoscopic, obesity, and robotic surgery.

Life After MITE²S	School, school, and more school. After finishing MIT, I went to Stanford, first for a PhD in EE ('01), then for a law degree ('04). I graduated in May 2004, and took the bar in July 2004. We had our first boy in August 2002, our second boy in October 2004, and a girl in January 2007. I was working part time as a patent prosecutor at Fenwick & West LLP, but decided to stay home with the kids for the time being.

Life After MITE²S	My pediatric training was completed at Boston Children's Hospital. After residency, I worked for 2 years in the Emergency Department and 2 years in a private practice in Boston. I relocated to Bermuda in June 2004, where I'm practicing pediatrics in a small private practice. I'm married with one 3 year old boy. We're expecting our second child in October 2004.

Life After MITE²S	I went to Duke then lived in St. Louis, MO and Chicago, IL before moving to the Dallas, TX area where I currently reside. I married in May of 2001 and have two children and two step children. I am studying to become a Dentist at Baylor College of Dentistry. Life is good.

Life After MITE²S	After MITE²S (it was only MITES at that time) and undergraduate school, I have worked for several companies, including six (6) months at Marbella, Spain. I got my P.E. license as well as two Microsoft certifications, MCDBA & MCSD. Attempted to work as an independent software/database consultant, but had no luck. I got married at Colombia on November 2000, and am a proud father of two beatiful 'colombo-rican' kids (2 yrs and 10 mts, respectively) since 2004. I'm still living in PR, but probably will move to FL next year.

Life After MITE²S	I worked as a Chemical Engineer for 8 years, manufacturing instant film, television projection tubes, and medical devices. Since then I've pursued the academic road, getting a Master's and a PhD in Operations Management. The engineering background has really helped. I am now on the faculty of the College of Business at Ohio University, teaching and researching Operations Management and Supply Chain Management, and connecting with several regional high schools to promote MITES applications.
